This is probably our number one question. Yes we are for real.
Why the name Buttfart.com?
Buttfart.com has been in the "think tank" for quite sometime. While trying to develop our ecommerce site, we were stuck trying to find a name for the business that people could remember. Basically any name that met our basic criteria that "someone could remember the name," was either taken by existing business, or it was taken by a "Domain Squatter" that wanted several thousand dollars for the name. After typing in thousands of possible .com names, someone spoke up and said, MAN any BUTTFART can have a domain name! Everyone laughed, so just joking around, we typed in www.buttfart.com, and it was available. Everyone in the room said "Thats It! Buttfart.com."
So our name is Buttfart.com, end of story.

Where do you get your products?

We buy our products directly from manufactures, major retail store chains and supply warehouses. Basically they are contacting us to move their overstocked items.

Buttfart.com is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that your transaction process is extremely safe and that your information is secure.
Protecting Transaction Data -
Buttfart.com uses paypal for all online transactions. Paypal is the world largest processor of online transaction on the web today. They employee 128-bit Secure Socker Layer technology for secure online transactions. We could easily use our own processor, but paypal spends hundreds of thousands of dollars making sure their site is safe and secure. Why should we spend thousands of dollars, to make our site secure when paypal already has spent the money for us?
Securing Customer Data - We employ industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information. Buttfart.com is compliant with card association security initiatives.
Final Thoughts - Online transactions are save and secure and buying online is probably the safest way to shop. We feel that any transaction processed on a secure 128 bit encrypted server is much more save and secure than any transaction taken where you give someone at a restaurant or hotel your credit card and they walk around with it for 20 minutes and make a copy of it. (And you don't think twice about it.) Most fraudulent transactions are started when a person finds a credit card information in a trash can or mailbox, they then use this information to purchase items on line and commit what the media calls "Internet Fraud".

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship all orders the day of/after we receive the order.
When you order on line, our shopping cart software will process your order, print a packing slip, sales receipt, and your shipping label.
Our basic order cut off time is 12 noon CST. But we really don't have an order cut off time.
We will send you a email the day we ship out with a copy of your invoice and tracking number for the shipment.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday with exceptions of holidays.
We ship to all 50 US States, sorry no International shipping.
Change of Address: We ship packages to the address typed in on the order. If after the package has shipped and we have to change the shipping address, we do charge a $15 change of address fee. This is a fee charged by the shipping companies. We are just trying to cover our cost. If we have not shipped the package and you notify us of the change of address, we will change the address for free.

Return Policy |
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
If a product you purchase from Buttfart.com becomes defective within 10 days of purchase we will exchange it for you. Simply Email us at: Support at Buttfart .com and we will issue you a defective item number for return. Please leave your invoice number and what part of the order is defective. We ask you to ship it to us via UPS insured for the purchase price and we will ship you a new product.
All returns must be issued a return number from our sales department. Email the sales department at: Support at Buttfart .com to obtain a return number. If there is not a return number written on the outside of the box, the return will be refused and shipped back.
All returns must be packaged separate shipping box containing the original product box with packing material to prevent damage.
You must pay for the shipping of the returned merchandise, and it must be insured for the full purchase price. Upon receipt, we will examine the contents and issue you a refund.
We cannot refund the original cost of shipping or the return cost of shipping.
All items with a sales value under $100 must be returned to the manufacture for warranty replacement or repair.
